Energy, finally!
I was taking Ubiquinol since that's the recommended one for older adults... but I never felt any positive effects - so I read that this basic version can actually boost your mitochondria more that the Ubiquinol... and it does - I'm only a fews weeks into taking this and I notice a huge difference already.

Quality Product with partial filled Capsules
I take these and have for years to help counteract my cholesterol meds. I feel they are quality supplements, however the last bottle contains most if not all capsules that are not completely filled and I wonder if I'm getting the dose I paid for. Another supplement is the same way (R-Fraction ALA 300mg), the capsules are 85-90% full. Maybe just a couple of bad batches. I would attach a photo but there isn't a way to do that.

An Excellent Supplement and price
This Co Q 10 product is great. I like the 200 mg capsule formula, and it is not a huge capsule either! Very affordable, and Swanson often puts it on special. I will always order this CoQ10 product for my regular care.

Too pale to believe
These capsules are striped cream colored and very light orange. I called SV they said that it was because of the other ingredients that makes the capsule so pale. The other ingredients were not listed on the descriptions on line when I ordered it, but on the bottle it is gelatin, rice flour, magnesium stearate, and silica. Perhaps that is enough "white" ingredients to change the color of co q 10 from orange to cream. I've taken orange co q 10 for many years. I will not take this one again unless I get an answer that I can believe. The salesperson on the phone was unable to answer these questions. Maybe a Swansons chemist can.

Can't see any difference than the CoQ10 I've been taking for years.Sorry, I don't like speaking to overseas operators when I'm ordering.I thought my Swanson was an American company.
