Prostate Essentials and similar Swanson't products.
This and other products from Swanson's helped me lower my prostate warning numbers from over scale to normal range. I am pleased with products from Swanson's. Joint Health is also a great product, easing joint pain and making me feel flexible and energetic.

For me the Prostate Essentials works better than the Prostate Essentials Plus because it does not have the Selenium in it which makes me feel quite nauseated.

I only rated it 2stars, because I was using prostate essentials plus before. It doesn`t work near as good as the plus does. I will not be ordering it again, and if the plus doesn`t get in stock soon, I`ll be looking for another supplier.

Will never stop taking this mixture!
This is one product that I can’t rave more strongly about. I’ve been taking it for 10 years. My physician couldn’t understand why my prostate was not aging. I told him about this protocol and he said, no its your good genetics. Five years later—he said, “what are you taking?” He has other patients on this mixture now. Quote: you have the prostate of a 30 year old.

Changed the formula to inferior blend
Without warn or notice on the site or on the bottle, I noticed the Pygeum had been removed from the formula. According to research, using only the Saw Palmetto and/or Stinging nettles was ineffective. For the product to have an effect, research shows that you need all three in the mix to get a clinical response. SO I had to buy a bottle of pygeum from another vendor to complete the 3 herbal mix. SO I will no longer purchase this product, that I had been using for years, and find a complete mix alternative on another site

Oh no! After reviewing your order history, it reflects a consistent pattern of purchasing SWC091 Prostate Essentials PLUS, which does contain 50mg's of Pygeum. SWC102 Prostate Essentials has not had a formula change since 2014.
