Bloodwork shows it works
My iron levels are too low without taking iron supplements. These don’t cause stomach issues and bloodwork consistently shows iron levels at place I need them to be

Not for use everyday but still great
It will do what regular iron does to your bowels that is, just like regular iron if taken everyday. So now I just take it a few times per week when I feel I need a boost.

Gentle on the Stomach
I was getting an upset stomach every time I took my multivitamin. A friend suggested that it might be the iron in it. I decided to try a multiple without iron and use this iron as a supplement. I no longer get an upset stomach after taking my multivitamin.

NOT GOOD !! (Hydrolized Soy)
usually i am very exited about the products i buy here but these tablets turned out to have Hydrolized Soy (MSG) havent in my wildest imagination thought i would find such ingredients in swansons products !!

Finally!
I take iron only in the time of my periods - I always had lower amounts (although within the normal values) of this mineral, but I hated iron supplements before, they were really giving me trouble in my stomach. But this is non-irritating indeed and I'll stick with this.
