The dog absolutely loves it The ingredient list is impressive.

My english bulldog gets sick and has diarrhea after giving him 2. Reduced down to 1 hoping to intrude slowly, but it really upsets his stomach. Had to stop giving it to him.

Wow! This hip/joint supplement really worked well for our 16 year old Border Collie. Yep, I recommend it!

The Swanson Hip & Joint is helping my 13 year old Brittany better than the Cosequin which I was supplementing with a Tumeric Supplement formulated for dogs. The hip and join contains Tumeric but I thought I would continue to supplement with the Tumeric to see if the change from Cosequin to the Hip & Joint formula made a difference. It's made a significant difference. Hunter, my Brittany is now jumping on my tall bed which he could not do and was afraid to do several months ago. He was afraid to jump but he still tried from a sitting position. He can now jump from a sitting position or from a short run and hop without any signs of difficulty. I can see the results have restored his confidence because he was having difficulty moving around and standing up from a laying position. He's more active than he was before. Starting him on the Cosequin helped but the dosage was less even when administering the recommended amount of tablets for his weight.

My dog is a finicky eater but, she does like this product. I like it because It has some digestive enzymes in the formulary. Will purchase again

This is a really amazing supplement. Swanson's brings together the best supplements into one blend to address hip & joint needs for older dogs. These were unavalble for a period of time and I could see a very noticeable difference in my dogs comfort level. After being back on them for a week he was running and hopping around again. I buy multiple bags and reorder a couple bags before I run out just to be sure we don't have another outage.

I haven’t seen the results of it yet but my dog does not particularly like it

Used two months and seems to be helping joints but need to use longer to know for sure.

This is an excellent product, although a bit expensive. The liver flavor makes my dog think it's a treat -- and he acts so in response. So, I have him shake hands and high five before receiving it -- just a he does for treats! Follow the directions and this is a cumulative effect - must be given regularly. Have seen some improvement and hope to see more.

This supplement is different than other pet retail products. It contains elements and minerals that are formulated for fast absorption. My 6 year old Female Akita showed significant signs of improved uprising from sleeping. I like this product and believe it’s ingredients are good. Thank You

The dog seems to like it. It's loaded with good stuff. The packaging is good, heavy to keep in freshness, and a seal that actually opens and closes.

This works great for my dog. My dog has arthritis and it has helped a lot. She like the taste of them and they are kind of soft where you can break them in half if you wanted it. Good ingredients

My 11 year old border collie has had a very active lfe and slowed down a little last year. I tried some other hip joint supps and they did not make a noticeable difference. With this product she is back to her active self. After a while I split the dose between 1 of these and 2 of their hip and joint with MSM product.

I cannot in good conscience buy this product after reading that it contains grape seed extract. Grapes are toxic to dogs!

This is a hard review to write, because my dog can't tell me how she feels. But I can say that my 12 yr old Golden would groan when she would lie down, but after taking these supplements for about 3 months, I noticed that she doesn't groan anymore. They are easy to give. I just throw them in with her food in the morning. They are pricy, but I wait till there is a sale and buy a few at a time. I plan to continue.

I like this product, however at times I have had to wait quit awhile because of it being "out of stock". The last bags I received of the non advanced were all mostly broken in pieces in the bag. That was bothersome. Now I see that the price showing what I paid last order for the advanced has gone up by $3.00. Seems like quite an increase. They offer the % off deals, but then it just comes out the same anyway due to the high increase in price. Like this product but I am shopping around in other companies due to these issues. I have worked with pets for over 35 years and I am pretty fussy about all aspects of a product being top notch. About the area asking if I would recommend this to a friend. I would but I would inform the friend of the issues.

looking at the ingredients, coupled with my overall repeated satisfaction with Swanson products, this was a disappointment. None of our 4 dogs would eat this. When I smelled it, it smelled sour, not a taste our dogs go for. May have been a bad bag, but there was no indication of spoilage.

I bought this for my 7 year old border collie mix. She had been limping alot after playing. Since she has been using the product she is like a young pup again and has no problem keeping up with our younger dogs.

I have 4 yoa Dane/Catahoula mix with hip problems. I started him on these daily and he is now happy and seems to be pain free! I am very happy with this product!
