Q: I can't figure out how to open the pump bottle. I spin it in the "open" direction but it doesn't open.

A: Pump bottles can be tricky. Try holding the base of the pump and twisting just the top counterclockwise. Sometimes you need to push down a little while turning to unlock it. If it does not open, you can unscrew the whole pump from the bottle and twist the top again. It usually works once it is off.

A: Yes, it does have Vitamin E. The Wheat Germ Oil is a natural source, and the Salmon and Pollock Oils also contain small amounts. This helps support balance when adding Omegas.

Quick results
I got this for my Doberman pup for her joint, heart, and skin health. I noticed differences in her coat within a week of using it daily! Her coat is so silky and shiny, people comment how velvety her fur feels. Hoping long term use of this helps to protect her growing joints and prevent heart conditions later down the road.

Love this for my itchy dog!
My youngest dog has itchy skin all year and this has helped with that! My biggest complaint is the pump can be such a pain to get it unlocked for initial use and when product is low we have to just take the pump off and dump product out or it’ll be wasted. What we love is the product itself! Our dog is still itchier than normal dogs but now instead of him itching until he’s red or scabbed and being up all night itching himself, he is just a slightly more itchy dog. He no longer itches all night or itches so much he’s raw or scabbed. We just pump some on his dinner and he’s good to go. It also helped him have less dry skin flakes. He is a 65lb rescue so we don’t know exactly his breeds but he leans more hound.

Rancid fish oil bottle
Absolutely love the brand and the formulas they used developed by experts themselves. I've used a few bottles before when I've purchased it before at a pet store, and my dogs have had no issues with this brand before. They love this stuff, and it's so easy to serve it to them. I ordered it online directly from the company this time for the first time ever to see if the subscription would be best for me. I'm pretty sure the bottle I received in the mail was rancid. It had an odd smell to it that it usually hasn't had before. One of my dogs almost went days without eating his food until I removed the fish oil from his food temporarily, and another had terrible bloating and other gastrointestinal issues which rwsolved immediatwly after I completely removed the bottle I received in the mail from their diet.

My dogs love this

Not sustainable
Your fish oil includes pollock. Pollock is caught by trawling which drags football field size nets through the ocean, incidentally bycatching other marine life. This bycatch is discarded and is harming our oceans. On average trawlers bycatch 141 million pounds of bycatch off the coast of Alaska This does not match your claim on your website. “Every ingredient earns its place, and every Native Pet formula is held to the highest standard of clean.”

So Far, So Good
