I started berberine supplement and 5.7!! I know long term glucose control is what matters for my health so I'm happy to have reached my goal and not be 'diabetic'. In the past it has really hit my digestive system hard, which is why I stopped taking them. I found that these supplements didn't hit nearly as hard and left me feeling pretty normal. During my cycle there are hormonal dips that cause me to have very low energy days and easier sugar crashes due to anemia. I found that this supplement seemed to help give a small energy boost where I normally would be crashing. I also felt like my sugars did not seem to dip as low as usual. I took these every morning right before breakfast to help with my mid morning dip. During the month I have had these I have not noticed any weight loss or feelings of not wanting to eat, but overall I felt like this supplement did what it was supposed to with my sugars and energy, and I would take it again.
