Impression of Sylvester leaf
Did not lower blood sugar results. Was expecting around a value of 100 or lower but still in 110 range fasting in morning with over 12 hours fasting.

Works good with high dose
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've given this product a thorough testing for several months. Taking the recommended dose did nothing. Most people will need to take around 15 to 20 capsules a day to get results. I did. Watch your carbs, but take 4 of these before "cheating" a little now and then. The price is low enough, so buy 4 or 5 at a time.

Works Like a Charm
Gymnema always works for me. I use it in conjunction with mulberry leaf and cinnamon, and it never fails to do what I expect of it. Recommend it to everyone.

SUGAR KILLER
This product is called Gurmar in India or translated Sugar Killer. Take it on your tongue and then eat something sweet(open the capsule) , you will not be able to taste the sweetness.It will be bland. That is how you check this product.So imagine if you take it internally. Always works for me. The Plant is used on the high mountain tops of Himalayas and other places by natives. They chew on the leaves.
