It works!

Simply put, it works! If you have blood sugar challenges, you will have to take a lot, but that’s better than meds in my opinion. Swanson has the best prices.

Glucose vontrol

I had rarely met a dessert I didn't love and had difficulty passing by sweets. This really put the brakes on cravings so, my sweet tooth is greatly reduced as well as more highly selective, now. Most effective gymnema I have used.

Still wait for the result

Just tried for one week and cannot see the result yet. The capsules are in good and reasonable size to swallow and it is tasteless.
