This is an excellent product. I am surprised about its low cost. 250 mg has been enough for me to calm down my severe anxiety in less than an hour. Believe me, it really works! I chose to use it instead of my medication and discovered how effective it is.

Calms anxiety
It assists with tension and anxiety. Taken before bed helps to relax. The 750 can cause one to sleep. The 250 is a smaller dose that can calm anxiety during the day without making one sleepy.

My have to bedtime supplement.
