This product allows me to live a normal life.
I experienced severe memory problems until I started taking brain essentials. I can't function effectively with out this supplement.

Didn't help me
This did not help me at all. I was using Bacopa which was keeping me at top performance. I felt sharp as a tack. even on days I did not get enough sleep. I saw Swansons new product, Brain Essentials, and decided to try it in place of my usual Bacopa or Phosphatidylserine. After receiving the product, within a week or so I noticed a vast difference. I was misplacing stuff and felt I was no longer at the top of my game. I looked on the back of the bottle and it showed only 1 mg of Phosphatidylserine and 0 Bacopa, no wonder it wasn't working for me! It might work for people just starting to have brain fog, but not for someone like me that has major issues!

Gross and Useless, just like my ex...
These supplements somehow had less effect than just plain Ginkgo Biloba. They did nothing, and have a gross taste and consistency. I wouldn't even take these again if they were free.

I have taken straight gingko for quite awhile... I decided to try this & I feel it is even better...only once a day (& I did not notice any side effects like I sometimes do w/gingko - i.e. waking up middle of the night, wide awake)

I have only been taking it for a short while so I am not sure how well it is working. The one thing I don't like is the taste. It has a fishy taste. Not sure I can get past the taste.

I have to admit that I was skeptical about this product (or anything similar to it) but I am a believer now. After just a few days I could tell a difference in my ability to focus and multitask at work. Price is manageable and like that you only have to take one dose a day.
