A great product, easy to take, and easily tolerated with proven effects.
It is very difficult to quantify the efficacy of most supplements, this is what I can say; I began taking CoQ10 in the 80s when it was very expensive. I was surprised to find it at these excellent Swanson prices. The capsules are small, smooth and easy to swallow, the quality of the manufacturing is easy to recognize. Whether they are beneficial I can't tell, but it is a small price to pay for for a form of "health insurance". We expect to continue using them, I've had an H1N1 related heart attack, emphysema and clotting problems and my husband has A-Fib. CoQ10 is reported to be helpful including stabilizing blood sugar spikes. Taking it is a no-brainer!

We have been using this product for years we love it sure makes a difference we’re out of it for a while and it was awful so now we’re taking it again because it’s readily available and we love it recommend it highly.

Very good product for me
I am pleased with it. What I was taking was too strong being I take Eliquis. This 30mg Co Q10 allows me to take it every day. I would recommend it to others.

Good results
Ever since taking this along with red yeast rice and 10mg of Simvistatin my cholesterol has remained safe and steady at 200 , down from 295. Before taking the supplements, I had joint and muscle aches and pains from the cholesterol meds alone.

Love that I can buy a low dose CoQ10 product at a great value! I can't seem to be able to take higher doses, so taking between 1-3 caps a day is perfect for me. I take every morning and it always gives me a nice energy boost!
