I have been using liquid

I love the fact it's a liquid, because it's assimilated into the body right away! I have used Vitamin Mineral Rush in the past when it was not in aloe and I loved it then. So, of course I had a thousand questions when the new VM Rush came out. Knowing that true quality aloe is an excellent delivery agent, I had to do my homework on the aloa in this formula. I couldn't have been more pleased with my findings!
