    This is some powerful stuff!

It takes a bit for your body to adjust but after being religious about it for a few weeks I am more regular and feel less bloated. It does have a bitter taste so I don’t like it in water but can’t taste it in smoothies, coffee, or just mixed in with a glass of any milk.

    Since I started using this

Did Viome, and recommended this type of fiber for my prebiotic. I just mix it with almond milk in the morning. Tasteless, so I add some cinnamon.

    It’s not what I expected.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to this product from Metamucil because Metamucil gave me intestinal pains here and there. Be-well doesn’t seem to be keeping things “together” upon exit. I like the less toilet paper aspect of Metamucil.

    disliked taste and texture

    I was hoping this would be a more affordable alternative to Tomorrow's Nutrition Sunfiber that I routinely recommend to clients, but not even close. It does not assimilate well into water and the taste is not good. I would appreciate more transparency on the label to provide the actual amounts in grams for the Sunfiber and baobob fiber instead of lumping them together.

    One of the best
