I used to take prenatal vitamins and I feel like I've been seeing better results with this i only have two weeks and a half religiously taken it every day. I feel like I will definitely have to purchase more of these. I highly recommend. All products from sunwarrior are amazing. The taste of this is definitely overwhelming so definitely mix it with something.
