I was a bit hesitant to buy an electric mower but this mower surpassed my expectations. We recently moved to a new house and the grass needed some love as the grass was about a 10-12"; this mower had no issues tackling the job. I assembled this my myself in less than 5 minutes and immediately tackled our lawn. It was super easy to transition to the different heights. I had no trouble pushing this up our small hillIf I had to find a complaint it would be the cord holder, as I couldn't get my cord to stay in it (most likely user error); however I wrapped my extension cord around the middle support bar, problem solved. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a little yard to mow that doesn't want to deal with all the maintenance of a gas mower.

Bought this after being tired of dealing with gas and oil all over the place. I got the 16 inch corded model and so far it's been working great. Yes it's small. Which means more passes and emptying the bag more often. I'm fine with that. I have a decent size front and back yard but I was able to mow it pretty quick. And if you look at my pictures, the grass and weeds were pretty grown. For higher grass and weeds, just do a wheelie over them first, then make another pass with all 4 wheels on the ground. The only thing that's gonna take some getting used to, is managing the extension cord. But it's pretty much like vacuuming, so it will get easier with practice. Very quiet, again like a vacuum. My girlfriend was sleeping in the house and didn't hear a thing. I assembled it and was ready to rock in about 5 minutes. If you have a huge yard, you may need something bigger and more powerful, but for me, it's perfect. We'll see how it holds up.
