Came in good conditions I haven't had any problems I don't suggest using tap water because you taste the difference I only use bottled water I like the big eyes better than the small I just love it!

So far, this is doing a great job. It makes ice cubes quickly. The large size cubes are just what I want. The only problem is that the ice is "wet" and sticks together when you put them in the freezer. But, they are easily broken apart with an ice pick or knife. I do recommend it. I wish it had a "beep" or something to let you know when the ice needs to be emptied.

Ice ice Baby!!
This ice maker is exactly what I needed!! I go through A LOT of ice on a daily basis!! I usually keep it running all day long!! I can fill it with water in the morning and not have to worry about it again for 24 hours!! There really isn't much of a noise at all and the ice cubes are so cute and perfect!! I got it in the red because I have a red kitchen, although it takes up a lot of space I made room for it and it looks great where it's at!! If you're an ice lover like me, this is the machine for you!!

Saved the day!
In the summer, we use a lot of ice...more than my icemaker will make. I bought this hoping it would supplement the ice we need. It has been a jewel to use and I never have to worry about running out of ice. Add water, plug it in, hit large or small ice and leave it. Makes ice very quickly. I'm pleased.

Best purchase ever!
I love this product, it's a champion! I bought it for my camper and it's perfect. You don't even know it on, very quite easy to use with a perfect size ice it easily makes enough ice for 3-4 people. And you don't loose freezer room with ice trays or fridge room with drinks, just pour over ice. Thank you for this little gem.:grin:

Great customer service
We use it almost daily in our RV. The size and sleek design are great. I fill up gallon ziplock bags with the ice and put them in the freezer for future use. The icemaker works exactly as described, 9 ice cubes every 8 minutes or so. Not terribly noisy (think we have just gotten used to it). But really, no complaints.....

Glad I Made This Purchase
We have had it running for the better part of a month now without any issues - it's quiet, it doesn't give off heat, it tells us when it needs the ice tray emptied or more water, and it makes good ice fast. I have a couple of zip top bags in the freezer with backup ice, but for the most part we just use the ice right from the machine. The footprint, price, functionality, versatility - you can't beat it!

Great portable ice maker.
We elected to buy a portable ice maker because my daughter had this exact model that she was well pleased with and after installing a reverse osmosis water filtration system in our kitchen the water pressure was diminished to the ice maker on the refrigerator and thus not producing sufficient ice to keep up with our demand for ice. Her unit keeps a family of 5, which includes 3 teenagers, well supplied with ice; their ice maker on their refrigerator totally shut down within a couple of years of purchasing their refrigerator. We have been quite pleased with our unit.

Easy installation, great price
Delivered in good time. Arrived in good condition. Very easy to install, just follow all of the directions and suggestions. I unpacked, placed it in the space I reserved for it - on the darker side of the kitchen with good ventilation. I wiped down all of the inner surfaces with a lightly damp towel with fresh lemon juice, dried it down and let it rest for near 24 hours in its upright position (you never know what position it is in while in transit and the coolants have to settle before use). When ready to use it I used cool fridge filtered water and the first batch came out in about 8 minutes. This makes ice really quite quickly, just be sure to empty the basket into a container (or ice bag) in your freezer and you’ll be good. If you have the presence of mind you will take the ice storage bin out of the freezer and use the ice scoop on it after about a half hour to break up the ice. The ice comes out of the ice maker as wet ice. A freezer running at 0°F will turn these into a block of ice without some intervention once the ice has cooled down sufficiently. When not using the ice maker, I simply turn it off. You can drain the water left in the well if not going to remake ice soon. This allows me an easy ice making solution until I next have to replace the fridge freezer. Will update if things change for the worse, but holding good thoughts!

Wonderful ice maker -- I bought 2!!
We use it every day. In fact, it worked so well for us I bought another one for our 2nd home which did not have an ice maker in the first place. I'll gladly refer this ice maker to anyone and everyone if they are in need. To be honest, it pays for itself over time as well. We've had small parties where we would usually need to buy bags of ice for guests. Now, we just use this ice maker days before any party and build up our ice and store it in the freezer until its needed. This has been a lifesaver for us and something that's been greatly appreciated. Thanks Euhomy!
