    not machine washable

    I really liked the look of the brick-like pattern. It was light weight, soft, and bright white, exactly as I expected. However, the description online notes "machine washable" but the actual care tag sewn to the duvet states "spot clean only, dy-clean recommended". I had to return it - kids and pets and a pure white dry-clean only duvet don't mix well.

    No tie downs on the corners!

    This is supposedly called a duvet insert but there are no anchors for tie downs on the corners! It is going back! How are you going to label this a duvet insert with no actual way of keeping it place inside a duvet cover! Plus, it’s an odd size, either too long one way and short on the sides or vis versa.
