Good for the Price
The bench arrived in generally good shape. I've used it twice now for curls, crunches and extensions. I'm 5'9' and 175 pounds. It's been stable for all my activities. Overall, it's a good bench for the price.

Exactly what I needed
I love this bench! My girl and I can get so much done with it just as shown in the Youtube video. The pics I posted display it's sturdiness and space saving capacity. My dumbbells fit nicely underneath it on the support bars and the padding is comfy.

decent for tall people
I'm 6'4" and had a hard time finding something that would accomodate my height short of buying a super expensive gym piece. This is not a gym quality piece but it is strong enough for home use. Granted, I feel like it is only "just" large enough to fit taller people but I'm quite happy with it. 5 stars for the price and ergonomics, it's a solid addition.

Great investment for bench workouts and back exercises
The item was not damaged in any way - perfect condition, the seat cushion intact, metals were not scraped. You can do abs, you can do lower back, everything fits... even for a small person. Those cushiony things may be adjusted, please do.

Functional, sure, quality, fine
First of all, it is sturdy. I'm 6 foot tall and 220 lbs. I am impressed with it's sturdy build, and it didn't take that long to assemble. Second, it's fairly close and it's excellent for home use. The metal is a fairly heavy gauge and welds appear to be of good quality, with an excellent finish. The bench is stable and balanced well.

Does the job nice
This machine is fine for hyper-extension, now I do crunches a couple of times a day. Muscles is the way to fix your back. It would cramp up (go out). It is more efficient than crunches on the floor. The muscles tighten up much quicker. with the cushion it is like the professional one at the gym. Only difference is changing the height for a different. T person is easy and the nut will probably become stripped within a year if done once a week. The hyper-extension will give you a tight butt.

Surprised and Delighted
I was Surprised! The assembly was easy, tools included but I also used a ratchet wrench. For the price point, it is a very good value. I am 6ft and weigh ~200lbs and it handles my size and weight just fine. It is a great addition to my Covid gym.

Roman chair
Got it today, put it together which was easy, used it. Very pleased with it. Was a bit concerned about the angle and 'no foot plate'. No issue, angle is good and floor footing is fine. Thumbs up!!
