Nice tv
The remote during the set up process was not responsive in many instances. The tv also turned off 3 times during the process. Additionally I didn’t see a barcode to register the tv. It had to be done manually. The chatbots are a waste of time. The tv has a nice picture and sound quality for the price.

Disapointed
TV seems OK. The remote is of very low quality. It has no back lighting and makes it impossible to operate it in semi-darkness, especially for seniors. We are considering returning it. Very disappointing. We have an ancient Sony LCD TV, and have been very happy with it. That is why we got a Sony smart TV.

Great Picture
Just purchased and the setup was super easy, just followed the on screen instructions. Excellent picture and decent audio. I got this to replace my Sony Bravia 46” LED TV from 2009. Very happy with it.

defective product
Had 2 defect on screen and had to exchange it for another. 2 small red dots on the screen like lazer targets. very visible when the picture is dark. Annoying since they were close to the middle of the screen annoying.

Bravia 2 2025
Great quality tv picture. Zero complaints about the tv picture , audio is ok. Some issues with tv and only a few months in. Audio goes out periodically when streaming ( iptv). Also, had the tv 3 times now freeze. No remote reset or other fixes with this issue except a hard reset will fix for both issues listed( unplug electrical cord from outlet). Seems this is a google tv issue. I’ve never had a google tv so not sure if this is normal. Very disappointed with system so far, but the picture quality truly is amazing. I’m hopefully a system update will be launched to fix these issues.

While we're glad the picture quality is amazing, this instability is not the expected Google TV experience. To start, please perform a Soft Restart by pointing the remote at the TV's LED and holding the POWER button for about five seconds until the TV restarts. If the issue returns, your next best step is to check for and install any available TV system software updates and then clear the cache for the IPTV app specifically. Visuals and sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This had brought movie nights to a new level the visual quality is amazing. The sound is amazing and loud without sounding muffled or distorted. Love being able to stream YouTube on this as a feature. Game nights is also brought to a new level the gameplay quality is amazing and easy to connect the Switch console. Overall it’s a great tv from movies to playing to just having Spotify playing music in the background.

Love it!

Easy to use, remote is comfortable and has all bottoms for fast access to Netflix, YouTube and Disney. Special app allows you to control TV with a phone. Great Picture Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV would be a great addition to any household! It’s lightweight, and powerful. Setup was a breeze, all I needed was a WiFi connection, and the picture quality is amazing. The colors are so sharp and the sound is crisp and clear. This TV has many different settings to cater to your individual preferences and even allows you to create different profiles in case it is a shared device. It only took me a few minutes to sign into my Google account and bring over my existing streaming apps and search for new ones. The Google Home app is really convenient and allows you to customize your tv settings and even set a routine. 10 stars!

Good color, sound, and performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome! Good sound and color. I had it at only 20 volume and it’s loud already. Color is very nice and clear, movement was smooth. It turns on really fast and connect to apps really fast too. And the remote control is small and very minimal, and has shortcut buttons that I use a lot. Love this tv!
