Pedal didnt last a week

I've owned it about a week and the foot pedal already broke. It has 2 tiny plastic pieces which secure it, and one of them broke. This is not a good design. The rest of the trash can is nice, but the pedal is kind of important. It also shows fingerprints very easily.

The trash can looks nice but: each time lid opens it rubs against the cabinet. After 3 weeks, it is rubbing off the finish. Giving it away unless I can return it. Do not purchase!

Great trash can

I spent a bit more to get a can that wouldn't warp or break any time soon, and I have not been disappointed. After more than 6 months, the can still operates perfectly -- smoothly and quietly. Having the removable bin is also a plus; if the garbage bag happens to leak, it doesn't go all over the floor, and it is easy to clean out. It also fits well in a relatively narrow space in my kitchen. Uses any 13 gallow kitchen garbage bags...but it came with a small supply of its own as well. And the price on Target is amazing.

Fits perfectly and works for our space

This basic step-on kitchen garbage bin color is great and matches our kitchen so it blends in seamlessly. It fits well in our space. We replaced an oval trash can with this rectangular version. Fits well and color is good. Appears to be sturdy so we are looking forward to using this for years.

Sleek and Quiet

The trashcan is built very well and it’s solid. The opening and closing mechanism works perfectly, and is quiet and contains the trash easily. Removing the trash bag is also easily accessible.
