Soft & Strong Toilet Paper - up&up™

Target wants to cut back on everything now. I noticed when recently buying this brand of toilet paper, that it’s thinner now as I have been buying this specific one for over 2 years as it was previously the best toilet paper out there. Good job Target, keep providing cheap quality products.

They tear easily the way they are layered in the packaging. Making them perforated would be better

It’s thin. The more you unroll a roll, the more it starts to fall apart. Clumps of tissue are between the layers that just fall to the floor. Dust gets all over the bathroom and it’s just gross. What’s are the clumps of tissue supposed to help with? It’s so weird. I won’t buy this again.

It is very good quality

You are essentially getting namebrand quality for about 40% less with this butt paper. If you catch targets Spend $50, get a $15 gift card, it makes it an even better deal. The paper actually does have, not just advertised to, quilted texture that feels substantial. The roll lasts fairly long which is nice and the softness makes my rear happy.

Horrible it was flaking everywhere won’t buy this again.

I used to use Scott toilet paper and only Scott toilet paper (well except during Covid, but desperate times...). But they must have changed their ingredients because it has become so thin and unusable now and I would end up using much more squares than ever! Wasted so much money and went through rolls so fast! I've been spending good money left and right in a hunt to find my new toilet paper brand without success until my sister recommended this up and up brand. Really? A generic is going to beat the more expensive brands??? Well, I was surprised!! This has become my new go-to! Thin enough that it isn't clogging my toilet, soft enough that I don't feel like I'm in a public restroom, strong enough that it keeps a barrier where it needs to be (ahem, you know what I'm talking about). Reminds me of the way Scott used to be, and much cheaper than most other brands out there that I've been trying. If you're looking for thick, soft (sometimes pronounced "linty"), wipe your bottom with a cloud toilet paper, this ain't it. But if you want strong, clean, thank-God-I-don't-have-to-worry-about-my-fingers-bursting-through-the-paper-again toilet paper, give this a shot! And then buy yourself a nice Starbucks drink with your Target drive through order with the money you just saved switching.

This toilet paper is too thin! I wish I could give it 0! You have to wrap more to ensure that urine it not on your hands!! I thought saving money (Cottonelle is my go to brand) but this brand was awful!

I have always bought this toilet paper and loved it but now it leaves behind pieces. They must have changed it and I will not be buying this anymore

Disappointed in the recent changes b/c it used to be great! Now it is scratchy, thin and rips too easily.

never got order. Same day also went to a different home & it's vacant . They have to not do apple maps. Townhome is 7 Franklin Place it was put in instructions & delivery person is not getting it to the right address 3 times this week 3 different times.

This is a great price and last me majority of the year.

Do not use if you have a septic tank. I switched to this TP a year ago and had to have them clear it all out of my tank. It does not dissolve at all! It just gathers into a solid mass of TP in your tank clogging it up and causing plumbing issues.
