Target shipped me one that was clearly used. The CO2 Cylinder’s seal was removed (top half) the bottle was dirty and some kid left their stages of a caterpillar sheet in the box. Gross!

Super easy to use, saves me money now that I don’t have to buy sparkling water from the store anymore. This is a great product, but beware the availability of gas cartridge exchanges. Perhaps it is particular to Oahu, but there are currently none available in the five stores on my island, and lack of supply has been a problem throughout ownership. Be sure of local availability before you get into using this system..

This machine is amazing! I’ve been wanting one for over rtwo years and got mine yesterday, and it’s super easy to store, has good capacity and durability. One thing to know (I learned the hard way) is that you can only use water. I tried cranberry juice and it went everywhere, but the good side is you can flavor the water after you carbonate it. I recommend using lemon, or another citrus. They also sell bubbly drops and mixes for soda. Overall a 5 star buy!

Arrived with damaged box
This arrived looking like it had been dragged behind a truck. When I contacted target about this, they wanted me to spend my time submitting for a return and replacement and bringing this back to the store or repackaging and mailing it back. The customer should not be responsible for something like that which is delivered to their doorstep looking terrible. This is a Christmas gift or I wouldn’t much care. I would have liked to have just kept the item and received a discount or credit of sorts but target was unwilling to do that. If you are OK receiving this item with the packaging looking really terrible, then it’s probably a fine product. Otherwise, get it from a company that cares about the customer experience.
