Guests appreciate its compatibility with both glass and plastic bottles, customizable carbonation levels, and ease of use. Many have noted the quality of the bubbles and the sleek design that fits well in any kitchen. Great machine
I like the E-Duo sparkling water maker. So far, it's worked very well. Very simple and easy to operate.

Awesome
I love the e-duo. I have an older model Sodastream and this is newer one is so convenient. Being able to push a button to get just the right amount of carbonation is great. I love the glass carafe that comes with it as well. The locking mechanism can a slightly difficult if not clicked in properly but nothing too major.

A little challenging to load bottle
I love the option of controlling how much fizz I get. The machine itself is a little cumbersome when closing the top to secure the bottle.

Love it with a few qualifications
We've switched from our previous SodaStream to the E-Duo in order to use your glass bottles instead of plastic. We love it so far. We also ordered the metal caps for the same reason. In order to avoid plastic. Except the metal caps don't work on the glass bottles plus the caps are lined with plastic. It would be helpful if you would note such on your sales page. Also the two CO2 bottles that we still have from the previous model don't work with the E-Duo. I may have missed it but that should be noted on your webpage as well.

Finally quit soda with this
Ik the name is sodastream but hear me out. I had a huge soda issue, so bad. I was drinking a 2l a day (sometimes more). With the soda stream I am now drinking so much water!! It’s easy to trick myself, esp with the bubbly drops they sell. I love my e duo.

This is on a whole different level
This is but far the best soda stream on the market. There is no comparison between this and the older styles

I had a different Soda Scream but I wanted the one where I could have Glass bottles and I truly love this one. I would recommend this to anyone.

convenient
convenient and simple - got it so I could use my stainles steel bottles - HOWEVER!! - it would be much nicer to have a MUCH EASIER way to determine the fill point on the stainless steel bottles. Can't efficiently see the inside fill line very well and the outside fill line is pretty useless. I have 4 stainless steel bottles - and now I kind of regret buying them. I never know when they are filled with water to the correct amount. Maybe some kind of separate measuring bottle that would give you the correct amount of water for the stainless steel bottles?

Glass bottles a plus
I really like the glass bottle compatibility with this machine. My feedback is that the mechanism to close the carbonating head is a little awkward/clunky and you have to do it carefully with two hands. It feels like the lever to lock the carbonating head is fragile and could break if you're not very careful The quality of the bubbles is great, my only concern is the lever/carbonating head functionality. I prefer the older/discontinued model machine design.

Great Product So Far!
I am very pleases with the SodaStream Duo. I've had it for about two weeks and its been great. No issues to report. Only thing I have negative to say about it is that it has very limited bottle variety (but I thought that'd be the case given the loading mechanism. )

Not bad at all
I love Soda Stream and have been using them for over 12 years now. This is my 4th machine and while it's nice, it feels like it uses more CO2 per bottle than my last one. My last machine lasted about 3 years but I use this machine every day at least 4 times a day so I feel like I got a decent amount of use from it. Hope this one lasts a bit longer.

Good but some notes
The machine works well and my family really seems to enjoy it. I think the bubbles could last a little longer and there could be more beverage choices made with real sugar than artificial or strange plant derived sweeteners. I also wish it would have come in a plain box, since I did order it as a gift at the holidays. I also expected the CO2 lever to be pink like the diagram in the book and the seals. Pretty happy so far though .

Disappointing
Of the several devices I've bought, this was the first which was difficult to operate. The bottle doesn't easily "snap in". the limiting of one glass bottle was disappointing and why the electric component? You took a good product and made it worse (and expensive).

Glass Carafe is The BEST!
Head to head carbonation comparison of the same machine (e-duo) on the same setting (2) with the same temp cold water, the carbonation was clearly better in the glass carafe versus the plastic one. Glass also seems to help the water get colder faster with its thermal mass.

I like this machine.
1. It contains enough chrome parts to look good in the kitchen. 2. No manual work involved, no guessing. 3. No skrewing/unscrewing the bottle. 4. Even room temperature water contains enough bubbles. From negative: doesn't relate directly to machine itself, but more to Sodastream. All flavors of sweet zero sugar addictives contain sucralose which is not good for your health. It is long time due to start using better alternatives like stevia or/monk fruit.
