The Oh Snap grip is a sleek and innovative phone accessory that offers a low-profile design, strong magnets, and versatile functionality. Guests appreciate its ability to hold phones securely and its compatibility with wireless charging. However, some have noted concerns about comfort and durability, particularly for those with larger fingers. Overall, it serves as a stylish and practical solution for hands-free use and easy phone handling.

Almost perfect!?
The case is almost perfect for my needs. It's great overall, but I wish it didn't have to be removed for wireless charging, and the full upright position stand isn't as high as I would like. I might consider getting a different MagSafe kickstand case, but it's still pretty cool!

Came off phone after two weeks
Really love this company and have bought many of their products however, I really don’t like how the new snap grips only have the magnet. I frequently keep my phone in my back pocket and with only the magnet the grip kept coming off when I would take my phone out of my pocket. After less than 2wks I have lost the snap grip that I just purchased. I think i would’ve preferred it had the adhesive like the earlier versions

New to Popsockets
I like it. The design was well done. Some things I don’t like:The one finger hold is uncomfortableThe magnetic hold on MagSafe devices is unstable at times.

I’ll never NOT have a Snap Grip on my phone
I’ve had a snap grip on my phone 24/7 since version 2. They are the greatest phone grip on the market. 10/10

Weaker Magnet?
The magnet seems weaker (to me), and I've been having issues charging via MagSafe. I have a MagSafe compatible case, as well.

Good grip but...
I like absolutely everything about it but I've had it for a month and the paint is already all scratched up. I thought it would be more durable given the quality of their other products.

Downgrade from previous models
I had an earlier revision of the snap grip, it's android mount was a bit different, having built in adhesive, which has gone away in lieu of an adhesive magnetic ring, like all other mag safe compatible grips on the market. These adhesive rings almost always eventually stop adhering to my cases and I expect no different from this one. They've also downgraded the external facing passthrough magnets. The Snap Grip 5 does not magnetize nearly as securely to other mag safe accessories, such as car mounts, compared to the earlier model snap grip I have. One bonus is the pop-out plate closes much easier than my earlier model snap grip, with a much stronger magnetic closure mechanism.I'd recommend you hold off for a revision 6 that resolves these issues as this one is just not it compared to earlier versions. This is in most ways an inferior product. If it's all you can get,

Doesn’t do what it says.
Doesn’t snap up when pressed, doesn’t stick to my magnetic charger. Finicky to grip. Often refuses to close when it’s open. I’ll have to fiddle with the metal -( looks like it’s bent outward) to get it to close again. I have mobility issues and need something easy to hold, I thought this would be the perfect grip that wouldn’t get snagged on my pockets. Unfortunately, not so.

Not as good as previous version
I ordered this new version because my older one got lost. The old one had an awesome magnet. I have a thin back on my phone and it worked with no problem. This one won’t stay on. Really disappointed

Magnet sucks. Needs a sticker like the 4.
I’ve owned a 4 that was held on with a sticker. It was great and eventually broke after a lot of use. That’s not a problem. The 5 is held on solely by a magnet and no sticker. The magnet SUCKS. I lost it within a day. First it fell off when removing my phone from the holder on my motorcycle. Luckily it fell on the floor. I made a mental note. Unfortunately it fell off again somewheres unknown. So the overall product but it needs a sticker. I bought another which is crap but also bought the sticker for the 4. It fit fine and I’m sure it will outlast the plastic like my 4 did. It’s a 5 star product except for the crappy magnet.DON’T TRUST THE MAGNET. OHSNAP! SEND THE STICKER WITH THE 5.

Truly the best grip for your phone
The ads got me:witty, funny, and full of details you care about in a phone accessory. The purchase was easy. The packaging was so well thought out with the wit and fun from the ads carried through it.❤️ "Androids are people too". Absolutely love the super thin profile, magnetic hold to anything metal, and the versatile use.

A bit disappointing, especially for the price
Being able to keep it in place on the phone and wirelessly charge through it is awesome, but when you are finished using the grip---- a lot of the times it doesn't want to go back to its flush position completely---the plastic memory isn't all that great....its even a bit off center too. Also, you can't stick the phone onto say---a refrigerator and watch a video. The Snap Grip isn't strong enough to hold it in place. Sorry, not sorry. If I thought I could get my money back, I would.

Amazing product
I was never interested in a pop socket because they looked bulky and ugly. Then I got a new iPhone 17 and found Ohsnap. Not only is not bulky but you can’t tell it’s there unless you are using it. It’s also very sharp looking!

Brand loyalty
Product quality is so great you’ll have my brand loyalty forever. I’ll never buy any other phone grips as long as these are available. I love the new wider range of colors. The sleek look is amazing. I’m a minimalist so the slimness of the grip is my fave feature. The fact that it’s highly durable & never gets flimsy or wears out is perfection. I really like that adhesive isn’t required because now I can buy multiple colors & swap them around depending on the case I’m using or when I upgrade my phone. I have 3 colors right now :) My only complaint with that feature is for whatever the magnetism doesn’t seem as strong with the car mount compared to how it was with the previous models that used adhesive. Not sure what happened but it doesn’t stay on the mount as securely or consistently anymore. Maybe I need to upgrade that as well? If so, not sure I love that either because I’ve invested a good bit in your products so far. But regardless, it’s not enough to degrade my rating & I still give the new grips 5 stars. I still wouldn’t buy any other brand. Just wish that aspect was improved.

Grip too high for iPhone 17 pro and small hands
Very happy with snap grip on other iPhone. Unfortunately, this particular combo isn’t great. Wireless charging also is slightly inconsistent with a case, which...while expected was a little disappointing.

Terrible
The grip is flimsy and doesn’t hold up a phone. The thin metal is uncomfortable to hold and bends easily. I regret this purchase.

Great, But Snap Grip 4 Was Better
I've loved my Snap Grip 4 but ended up having to replace it with the Snap Grip 5, and it's mostly as amazing as the 4 except it falls off too easily. I never once had the Snap Grip 4 fall off my case-less phone. When I replaced it, I had to pry that sucker off... but the Snap Grip 5... I've had it come off multiple times when taking the phone off my non-snap charging stand, and maybe that's on me for not getting the snap charging stand, but the Snap Grip 4 never had that issue. Also the magnet on the ***** stronger than the 5. Because of this I can only give the Snap Grip 5 4 stars. Still a great product, but don't be surprised if you pull your phone out of your pocket and the snap grip isn't there.

Great Accessory
For my first phone holder, I'm enjoying so far. It doesn't get in the way when I'm not using it. And when I do, it's a great accessory. Ainceni have a larger phone, I needed something to help not make it seem as heavy, and this helps with that. Definitely worth the money.

Great idea, but sticks to other bases too much
I love Ohsnap but was disappointed in this latest grip only partial time. The problem is that it sticks to the base you connect it to and you can walk away not noticing that it is still there and not on your phone.
