[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the product , left earbud did not work , have been trying to contact support but have been unsuccessful, the claim page won’t load correctly and it’s impossible to reach an actual human , it’s been 3 days that I’ve been trying to get an exchange but you make it hard enough

Audio is fine but they pause music on their own every 15 seconds. Went for a 18 minute bike ride and in that time I had to manually unpause the music 65 times. Literally unusable. Spend your money somewhere else

I love the sound!!! But its difficult to wear them outside because they are so sensitive. I thought i could ignore it but that was impossible, so then i disabled the controls, but it still makes the sounds which is annoying. I wish it had a sensitivity setting but alas

They sound amazing but the left ear ear pod keeps tapping the button itself to pause music i am listening too sometimes just hear and there but today it was repeatedly was doing it over and over. I was so excited to buy this product when I saw it because other it being made by 2 if my favorite brands Bose and Skull candy but was lrt down.

They got here quickly which was great. I actually don’t mind the size of the case as it’s a lot harder to lose it. When fully charged, the battery life is great. The fit is ideal, with the selection of earpieces and retaining pieces. It’s pretty clear that Bose helped with the sound, which is absolutely great. I will say that not having the ability to determine the actual charge percentage through the Skullcandy app is somewhat disappointing. My only real complaint is that the buds don’t charge consistently, even with repeated cleaning and bud resets. The magnetic connection of the buds to the case is consistent, but if the charging could match that, these would be absolutely flawless.
