I want to live this crib but the customer service is horrendous from Delta. Arrived with back panel broken and they refuse to send a replacement and correct damaged parts.

Cracks

We really liked the look of this crib but the first one came with a cracked headboard. Attempts to contact the company for a fix were never successful. We returned it to target and re-ordered and the 2nd one had a cracked headboard as well. Not hopeful to hear from the company on a fix.

Product arrived with a cracked backboard piece

I purchased two of these cribs in grey in anticipation of twins. At first glance, I was pleased with the color and the qualities of the pieces. I was not part of the assembly process, so I did not notice until the crib was fully assembled (didn't take too long and wasn't too difficult) that there was a several inch crack on the backboard. The crack went through and was visible on the back of the crib as well. We immediately opened up the second crib and found that this one had the SAME crack in the same place. I called Simmons Kids and they are sending out two replacement backboard pieces, which is great, but doesn't change my feeling of disappointment at the moment. If these products come in excellent condition, then I would definitely recommend this product to others.
