As other reviewers have indicated, this mattress is far too small for a standard crib. There is nearly 2 inches on each side and does not fit snugly within the crib.

The mattress was delivered in "its original manufacturer's packaging" which means a thin clear plastic bag that was dirty & had several large holes in it. The mattress was okay but had some dirt marks where the bag had ripped. No heavier shipping bag or wrapping to protect the mattress. I won't be ordering furniture accessories from Target anymore. Other online vendors do a much better job with shipping. Beware if you order from Target.

Fits a pottery barn crib perfectly, was worried when buying as I had usually used a waterproof mattress that wasn’t soft but the plastic on it, but so far it has exceeded expectations. Comfy for toddler/no good for newborn or infant
This is a two sided mattress, one side for infant and the other for a toddler. The infant side is not firm enough and, in my opinion, poses a suffocation hazard as it is too soft. Infant might as well just sleep in my adult bed. Giving this mattress to my toddler and giving my newborn my toddlers Beautyrest Silver mattress which is firmer. Also the mattress leaves gaps on the sides and corners. See picture. Very comfortable for my toddler though!

Too soft and easily indents
This mattress was given to us from our baby registry and I dislike it so much I am leaving my first review. Within the first week or two of our newborn baby sleeping on it, indentions were left from where he slept. We’ve had to flip the mattress already and put him down in different spots on the mattress to avoid furthering the bowl shape his tiny body would leave. The mattress is too soft and I would never recommend this to any newborn parent.
