    Organic Unsweetened is the best

    Best nondairy milk there is. Flavor is excellent. Right now there is an availability problem. Hope it's "only" a supply chain issue and will be resolved soon.

    Great milk alternative

    Soy milk is one of the best dairy alternatives in my opinion. This option has really high protein per serving and a great taste. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for a milk alternative.

    Why change?

    expired milk

    HORRIBLE, the milk was horrible. It had been expired for over a month. I picked my order up on Feb 6th, 2026 and both milks had been expired since December 25th, 2025. Like hello??

    Love it but hard to find

    I can't stand cow's milk but I love Silk's Organic Unsweetened Soymilk. Unfortunately, it's become extremely difficult to find. The nonorganic is not as good, not as creamy.

    Great product gone to... well you know.

    Used to love SILK unsweetened. Used it in everything, especially my iced coffees. It WAS the ONLY product on the market that wasn't full of sugar and actually tasted great. Until today. Unknowingly bought the "updated" version in the new carton and was deeply disappointed. Tastes terrible now. Just like all the other no sugar products out there. Wish you guys hadn't changed the recipe. It was great the way it was and stood out above all else. Will no longer be buying.

    Many consumers, such as you, have a great outcome when it comes to frothing Silk; others may not have the same outcome. After extensive research, we can conclude that frothing isn’t something we produce the product to do. Because there are so many variables when it comes to frothing, we can’t guarantee the product will froth with every batch produced. You may want to try our oat creamers for this effect instead!     Delicious and no sugar

    The best! Love it in coffee. Silk seems to be the only unsweetened version of soy milk I can find. So much better tasting to me than almond and oat. I don't buy almond and oat since they are too low protien. I hope Silk never stops making this. Why did they make the carton almost the same color as their coconut though??

    I’ve been drinking Silk Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk for many years. Something has changed. First I was not able to find it on the grocery shelves and now it’s tastes horrible it’s lost its creamy texture and taste. What a disappointment! Did you all change something? Now I will have to find another plant based milk. I hope if you decide to go back to the original recipe you let us know so I can come back to being a loyal customer.

    Good product has gone bad.

    I just filled out this form but it disappeared before I could click on "submit" so I'm redoing it. We have bought this product for many years, but lately we've had two different half-gallon containers of it go very bad months before their pull date, despite our having properly refrigerated them. We didn't know about having to shake them well until the first bad-milk incident, so we made sure to do that afterwards. What has happened to this product? I have photos of the pull date and other markings on the most recent container, but your system isn't letting me attach them. (I'm using an iPad.)

    What happened to the formula? And the foam?

    I've been drinking Unsweetened Silk Soy for many, many years. I could always make it foam with a frother. My latest containers with the new packaging are a different formula, and one that no longer foams, as another reviewer mentioned. The OLD formula was tasty, thick, and rich and it made for a delicious cup of coffee or tea. The NEW formula is totally lacking in taste. If I want foam in my latte, then switching to oat milk may be the only answer.
