It performed great until my last trip. I have tried charging it and it is getting power but still does not turn on. I tried all the troubleshooting steps but nothing correct the problem. I got this in May so it is still uner your 12 month warrenty. 9 people found this helpful

This product does work but not easy to change heads and then you always hit bottons for speed when brushing. You must remove bottom to recharge. I think they should have moved buttons to bottom of devices and added a port for charging somewhere you dont have to remove a piece to get to. But it does work. One person found this helpful

I like this better than any other travel brush/water flosser that I have tried. Could be better if there was a pause button on the water flosser, rather than cycling through all the selections but I am happy with the product.

Love this electric toothbrush. I feel like I get a clean result which is what I was looking for. I also like the "stop" reminder, telling me to switch from section to section.

I've had other electric toothbrush and water floaser, but this one is by far the best all in one toothbrush. The quality of it feels great. Nice Weight to it, feels and looks like a great quality product. I was taken back on the strength of it. Does an amazing cleaning. The water flossing option is great. Put the hose on toothbrush and other en in a cup of water even throw a bit of mouthwash in water to give you fresh rinse. The pick tip is also amazing. Cleaned all of my plaque buildup easily. I was always told to use a water pic for healthier gums. I didn't want to brush and then water pic. This is amazing device ⭐️Does both things at one time!!! I love it. I bought each one of my adult children one. Amazing buy it now

Awkward to work with

I saw some dark build up on the inside of the tubing at the end closest to the toothbrush. I wasn't blowing out the water after each use and it looks like mold. I've looked to replace just the tubing and ……no such thing. I guess I have to buy a whole new toothbrush. Able to order replacement toothbrush heads but not the tubing;( but its great otherwise!! 5 people found this helpful

So I asked my dentist how to better control the tartar growth. I'm not the best at keeping up with flossing and get food stuck between my teeth and struggle to get it out with brushing and the floss sticks on the tartar and then I can't even get the floss between my teeth. My dentist told me to get a water flosser like water pic. Then he said he actually uses an electric toothbrush with built in water flosser He warned me they were more expensive but were definitely worth the ease and convenience. So of course I took to TRAKK to shop. I found this toothbrush the reviews were good and the price reaso able so I figured I'd give it a try. Well I am very happy with my purchase. I used it for the 1st time this morning and my teeth have never felt so clean. It doesn't come with a built in water reservoir so you have to use a cup. I found my cup ran out several times while brushing so i just put the cup in the sink and let faucet run into it slowly to keep it full, no different than running the water while brushing normally. You do have to be careful to turn water part on and off while brush is in your mouth so you dont spray water everywhere. And i did accidentally change the settings and turn it off just because of button locations. When you're brushing your fingers go over the buttons and its hard to keep them off when brushing the different directions to reach the different surfaces of your teeth. I guess its a learning curve and when I use it more I'll figure out how to brush without accidentally changing the settings or turning it off. I do recommend brushing a little first without the water on because the toothpaste just washed away when I started it with the water on. I had to restart and add more toothpaste, again, just a learning curve. It comes with 6 brush heads in 2 different bristle colors, green and blue, so 2 people could easily use it by picking a color and then having refills. It comes with the floss only attachment if you dont want to floss while you brush. It also comes with a scraper for that stubborn tarter. I found it awkward to use attached to the handle. It was easier to just hold the attachment in my hand and scrape my teeth, but it did do a good job to scrape the tarter off. It does come with a type c usb charging cable, so you will need an adapter to plug into a traditional wall plug, but we all usually have those hanging around. I do wish the bottom cover for the charging port was attached. I'm afraid while it's charging if the bottom cover gets knocked off the counter or if it falls off the toothbrush it might get lost easily. Other reviews had said water pressure not as good as other brands, and pressure is not adjustable as other brands advertise but thise ones have their own water reservoir so are more bulking and not so easy to pack and travel with. I have nothing to compare it to since this is my first electric toothbrush and flosser but I can definitely feel the difference in how well it cleaned my teeth compared to manually brushing and flossing. I am definitely satisfied and would recommend this product to anyone still manually brushing and flossing. 44 people found this helpful

This product is great it does amazing as a tooth brush with some flossing but when you switch to the flossing it is even better. I love it since you don't have to have a bottle of water to fill it you can use tap water and a cup. It has a convenient clip to the cup so that it remains in the water. So portable. And changing from brushing to flossing is with a touch of a button. Battery life has also been great. Would recommend to anyone. Also they offered a discount at check out. 2 people found this helpful
