great color but deteriorating chemical handle.

I ordered one and when I pulled it from the package, the black handle was sticky. But not from an outside substance, the actual coating of the handle was disintegrating and melting away into the inside of the package and all over my fingers. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I returned it and ordered a 2nd one. Same thing happened! Its either being stored in an area that is extremely hot, or the chemicals they used are breaking down, but either way, I cant have this black sticky stuff all over my fingers everytime. such a bummer because the color is EXCELLENT. First one I ever liked with my skin. called Larry.
