COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Tinted Lip Balm SPF - You Make Me Blush - 0.14oz

I love this lip balm in a couple of the non-SPF shades and I was so excited to see an SPF version. Unfortunately, the pink is SO light that it looks bizarre even on me, and I am too light for the lightest Covergirl foundation. It also clings terribly to any dry bits and makes my lips look worse and more dry. Would not recommend to anyone.

Extremely drying and uncomfortable on my lips. The color is not flattering at all. I have very fair skin and light pink’s usually look nice but this is incredibly chalky and opaque. a more sheer pink would have worked better with this product and was what I was expecting from it.

I usually love these lippies, but I bought the shade “You Make Me Blush” and which is an spf version of the balm. The white from the zinc oxide really shows through, ruining the shade. Looks like 90s pale lip throwback which is, for me, unwearable.

this was already my fave lip balm - i'm so glad they added an SPF version. I hope they make more colors!

I bought quite a few of the redwood shade and love it. It is my lips but better. The product stays on my lips for a very long time... hours. However they have discontinued the color. Unfortunately I will have to find something else. It was perfection

I will preface this by saying that the color pay off is pretty decently pigmented for whatever colors you choose. If you have dry lips this will emphasize the texture since it’s not a glossy formula, it’s not a matte either so you have more of a velvet type of feel. You will catch a scent of the spf which I am not fond of, but at least you know you’re covered from the sun. The packaging is decent. It’s nothing fancy so you can’t expect lipstick packaging or anything on the nicer side since it’s more of a lip balm product, but the packaging does feel sturdy as long as hog don’t step on it. I would say overall it’s decent for the price, but I feel like there are better options out there.

LOVE this product excellent for all ages and so difficult to find SPF in a light coverage lip color!

This was my favorite lip product out of all the lipsticks, balms, glosses I buy, from both department stores and drug stores. I had them all over my house, in multiple purses and coat pickets. I never wanted to be without it , but they’ve discontinued the “Crystal clear” and the ‘you make me blush’ is just too pink. On the search again for a great non-sticky, hydrating lip balm

I loved that it had spf 15 which was a nice added protection when I stepped out into the sun. I had the color You Make Me Blush which was a little too pink for my light skin though. I would definitely purchase this in a different color!

The color of the sticker doesn’t match the lip balm. It is a cheap frosty pink that looks like the bad part of the 80s.

The scent is overbearing with that typical sunscreen smell either which is nice. Good product for a good price. point!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute packaging! I like that it’s like a traditional lip balm. I love the SPF in this and will definitely be packing it for any upcoming warm weather trips. The downsides: You definitely don’t want to over apply as the color will make your lips look crazy. I’m not used to looking in a mirror when I’m applying a balm, so I have to remember to look when using this. It is tinted just enough that you can go from looking fine to looking wild.
