Scotts® Liquid Turf Builder® with Plus 2 Weed Control kills listed weeds, all while giving your lawn a quick boost of nitrogen. This combination weed killer and fertilizer controls common lawn weeds including dandelions, clover, buckhorn, chickweed, ground ivy, henbit, knotweed, lambsquarters, oxalis, pigweed, plantain, poison ivy, ragweed, spurge, and more as listed. Apply Scotts® Liquid Turf Builder® with Plus 2 Weed Control when weeds are actively growing. Simply connect the container to a garden hose, turn on water, and spray. This product is for use on grass lawns only, do not use on or around shrubs, trees, or ornamental plantings. Do not water the treated area for 48 hours after application, as this will wash off the weed killing material. Weeds will begin to curl within a few days. Some hard-to-control weeds may require a repeat application in 3 to 4 weeks. One 32 fl. oz. container of Scotts® Liquid Turf Builder® with Plus 2 Weed Control provides coverage of 6,000 sq. ft. for warm season lawns and 4,000 sq. ft. for cool season lawns.

Does not work!
This product is a total disappointment and waste of time and money. It does not work. I followed the directions and my lawn still has weeds if not more. Second application like stated on the label and nothing. I would definitely stay away from it and look for something else.

This is the second bottle I have purchased this year that won’t dispense any product. I have tried two different hoses and a third bottle I had worked fine. This was disappointing quality control.

The tab on the knob should be bent back and the knob turned all the way to the ON position. Also, be sure that your water is turned on full at the spigot. Water pressure is important to the proper functioning of the ready-spray container. If the water pressure is below 40 psi it will not siphon properly. If you are using an extra-long garden hose the water pressure is likely to be under 40 psi at the end of the hose. We want you to be confident in our products. Go back to better nozzle
Love the product, the liquid works fantastic! However, the nozzle… it just basically dumps and in a limited area causing damage to my yard. I cringe every time I have to buy it now. Luckily, I still have 1 bottle with the old ‘fan’ or ‘flat’ spray nozzle on it so I have to cut open or puncture this new bottle to pour it into that older bottle with the better fan/flat spray nozzle. I get 4x the coverage, and no damage to my yard. Please go back to that prior spray nozzle!

I bought a case of this last fall. Sprayed two areas. Didn’t clear out targeted ground ivy or dandelions come spring but Clover was thinner. Sprayed again 3 days ago and not seeing any change in targets yet. Weather has been ideal according to directions. Trying to be patient, 7-10 days will tell the story is my experience with herbicides that actually kill the roots and have longer term results. Keep you posted.

Just avoid. Buy a sprayer or Sunday Lawn products.
Like many other reviews, product didn't dispense... At all. Tried different hoses, different hose lengths, bought an angled connection thinking that maybe the hose leaving the spigot was kinking and limiting flow, even tried goin back to get a second bottle. Nothing dispensed after two days of trying. Waste of time and effort.

Spray bottle failed.
Like so many others below, the spray bottle didn’t spray. I cut it open and used a standard sprayer. It can’t be that hard to make a spray bottle that works. First one that ever failed me. We’ll have to wait and see how well the product itself works.

The non spraying bottle happens to me about every other time I apply...thankful that I have an Ortho bottle. I have to cut open the Scotts bottle and use the Ortho sprayer too!
