Samsung Smart Countertop Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a good deal for this Samsung countertop microwave! Good size and even heating, quick cooking. The smart sensor applies the power automatically based on the weight of the food. Overall, it's a good buy for me to replace the old one.

Ok Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this microwave as a part of our brand new home from the builder. The reason I have a 3 star review is because although it works effectively when using it a a microwave, the display click always runs 2 minutes fast. I've never seen that happen on an appliance like this. Samsung cannot answer why it does that. The other reason i gave this review 3 stars is the conduction of the microwave. The push button to open the door sends so cheap, it feels as though if you push it too hard (and you do need to push it hard to open it), that it might break. Other than these items it seems to do is job.

Very bad experience with this purchase.
I received it and saw that I had quality problems one of the interior corners did not have ceramic, I should have returned it at that time, I made the mistake of staying with it and now with only two months of use it has rusted!!!!! call for the warranty and they say it does not cover it? explain how a microwave with only two months rusts and the warranty does not cover it? then I think the microwave I received is garbage.

The sensor applies the power automatically based on the food's weight, which is pretty smart. Overall it was a great buy, recommended!

The plate doesn't rotate, so the food doesn't heat up all the way. You have to keep adding time.

THE AUTO-LOCK IS IRRITATING
The microwave works great. The interior is easy to clean. I only gave three stars because of the auto-lock. Everytime you use the microwave the door locks. To open the door you press unlock and wait about 3 seconds. Who came up this this? It's irritating. This oven came with my home, came without a use manual. And I'm having trouble finding the user manual on this website.

Performance is excellent.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity and control very good, however, in case of power loss, it is very hard reset the child lock to UNLOCK . I like the design it fits nicely in my kitchen.

Simple and efficient microwave

Overall Love it - Safety unlock can be turned off!
We’ve had this microwave for 7 months now and absolutely love it. I’ll admit, I hated it at first because of the child lock feature—you had to press the unlock button before every use, which was really annoying. But once I figured out how to turn that off, everything changed! Now it works exactly how we want it to, and it’s been great ever since. Definitely happy with this purchase.

EPIC Fail - just died ;-(
New Construction, Samsung package of appliances from builder AND I bought Samsung Refrigerator, love all but the Microwave it stopped working 366 days after I closed on the home. I moved a few months later and got 200 days ago, power to outlet and break works, it just died no lights
