Clarity & Battery Life
Am giving it 4 stars due to the features...it's nice features wise...but it's not meeting the described battery life while using those said features and continuous music time...lasts about 4.5 hours of continuous music play and just using the hands free skip and repeat options. Also the clarity of the music is just OK, that's with 1 headset in an ear at a time

Dont buy
Lets start with the battery life its no where near what they say it is and to get them to actually charge even with everything clean you have to move them around and let them sit on the table completely still so they stay charging. The sound quality is poor the volume is to low i thought it was my older phone but now evern with my new s25 there still garbage

Annoying on calls
I'm a bit conflicted. The buds are comfortable for the most part, and sound great, but I have to give them one start because of what appears to be an annoying issue stretching back more than a year with users of these buds.On my old Note 10 I constantly got complaints that I sounded very muffled on calls and the I could barely be understood. I would adjust them, then disconnect them from my phone and reconnect them and it would fix it sometimes. I've recently upgraded to the S25 Ultra. When I call now, the other person can't hear me at all, even though I can hear them over the buds. If I disconnect the buds they can hear me perfectly over the phone, so I know it isn't on their end. I have to disconnect and reconnect the buds multiple times for them to finally be able to hear me. I looked it up online and it shows as a known issue since these came out. Wheres the fix?

Mixed feelings
Definitely think they went backwards from the pro2 buds. Battery life is between 3 to 4 hours with the pro3, the pro2 would last 5 to 6 hours You have to keep checking to make sure they are charging or you will have one dead bud and one partially charged bud. The case stays charged for about a day and a half maybe 2 days. My buds 2pro case would last 5 to 6 days. I wear them at work and can only wear one at a time so I will listen to one until it beeps then switch them out. More often then not they only partially charged. The sound is really clear and they fit good in my ear. My problem with them is battery life and getting them to charge it is a real pain other then that they are great headphones. Not sure if I am keeping them or buying a different brand. I have had the original buds, buds pro2 and now the pro3 buds and think they went backwards

Great but, not perfect.
Left Bud sometimes doesn't charge while in it's Charging Case. I have to adjust, press down or, move it for it to start charging. Then i need to keep checking up on them. I hate only wearing one, because i love using Noise Canceling, Abient Sound &, Adaptive (my personal favorite. You could hear EVERYTHING & EVERYONE from far away.) Great Buds!

Truly appalled
Overall a great big disappointment. They're actually frustrating to use. I might even prefer not having earbuds. I had the very first generation of galaxy buds from years ago and they withstood an absolute beating. I loved everything about them down to the case design and color. The battery life was starting to drain but it wasn't near inconvenient or anything. Unfortunately I lost them somewhere and needed new ones. I hate just about everything on these new ones. The stems are impractical. They make it easy for the earbuds to fall out when any little thing brushes against them. They look ugly sticking out of the ears and the touch features are way less accessible when you're trying to swipe a finger up and down a target surface area of like 3 sq mm. If you want a pause, you can no longer do it with a simple tap. You have to pinch, again, a small surface area on the stem of the device. The battery life doesn't seem any better than that on my old ancient ones. The fit of the earbuds is atrocious. Again, I think it has to do with the stems. It just doesn't stay in the ear well enough to block out noise. Most of the time I'm trying to keep them from falling out. The noise cancelation blocks out about half the volume around you with very loud static. Conversions are still audible. At first I thought I was having trouble with the fit because the left side sounded like it didn't fit as well as the right but then I realized there's some sort of imbalance with the noise cancelation between sides. I thought sticking with the galaxy line would make it easier to use since I've always had a Samsung phone but even the sound control is nonsense to access. It used to be available on an separate app but now it's located in the settings app?? I think there are plenty of other options out there that could easily replace these earbuds. Especially for the price point. This was such a disappointment. I wasn't asking for a lot but this has taken an extra step to inconvenient for me. I'm a heavy user of audio devices and they function to do more than just play sound for me so I can't believe this is what the galaxy line has to offer right now.

Great buds for music and podcasts!
I think the sound quality of these buds is excellent, on par with anything else I've listened to. The Samsung interface with the buds is pretty good and the features are extensive. My only complaint I have is the way you control the buds. Sliding up and down the stem is less efficient than the touch method. I have had a few issues with the buds not being able to connect to my tablet and have had to reset them but all in all these are fantastic buds great for audio or podcasts.

Terrible charging capabilities
Anytime you try to charge the headphones after a workout It always says that there's moisture in the headphones. No matter how much you dry them off It will still somehow say that there's moisture on the headphone or the case, or that there's some type of debris on it When there's no debris on it This makes it very unusable For an everyday user who tries to use them for workouts. Especially when these are supposed to be waterproof. Never had an issue with my two pairs of galaxy buds 2. Hopefully this design flaw gets addressed with the next model

The sound quality is good but it"s not convenient to receive phone calls by pinching. A simple tap might have been a better option.
