Great once I got the hang of it
The cup does a better job than tampons and I don't fill up my bathroom garbage with applicators and packaging every month. Changing the cup only once in the morning and once before bed is a HUGE benefit. After a few trials (with errors), I was able to find a position that fits comfortably with little to no leaks. It's still a bit finicky to get it in the right spot (only month two of using), so I usually wear a liner just incase. All in all, I'm very happy.

These products are good. I personally have the regular and small so I can use them on different flow days during my period and they are great. Good warranty too, I didn’t know what size I needed to I felt safe buying it

So convenient and easy
This was my first menstrual cup, I tried the regular cup first and I couldn't get it in at all, so I tried this more flexible one. It was so easy and convenient. I can just put it in in the morning and basically just forget that I'm on my period until nighttime. I loved it so much

Why didn't I try this sooner?
I've had a period for 37 years and have never tried any cup let alone, Saalt. The first time I used it, it was hard to get out, but once I found the right placement it has been an absolute JOY! I'm wishing that I saved the landfills from all of the products I've used over these many decades - this is amazing, and I'll never go back.

Not very impressed
I'm sorry but I found your product after looking through reviews. I used June cup until now and thought I was going for an upgrade. The cup I bought was flimsier, and the pull out nodule was so tough to grip. I have gone back to my old June for now.

Believe it or not, they ARE comfortable!
Saalt Soft is hands down the most comfortable cup I've tried. I struggled for years with trying to find a cup that works for me. They were all uncomfortable, causing bladder and cervical pain. I had decided to try different options. After having my third baby, I decided to give cups another try. I'm so grateful I did. I love these cups!

Broke in 12 months

Life changed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will never go back! I’ve been using my same saalt cup for 7 years now. It has changed my life. I no longer feel anxious in situations I previously would because I was on my period, worried about leaks and being uncomfortable. I often forget I’m on my period when using my cup. I have the soft cup and I absolutely love it. I thought I needed to replace it but seems if last for 10 years! I will be back in a few more years to get another one :)

Love it!
I have a high cervix, but I still like the small cup. In the end, I just make sure not to insert it too high. I also use a disc, but I use this cup for the type of exercising (swimming, dancing, etc) that you want zero leaks. It took me a few tries to get comfortable with it, but I love it!!!! The soft silicone makes all the difference - hard cups are just not for me.

Leakproof?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a cup user for over a decade and switched as it was time to replace my old one after many years of use. All the advertising hooked me to try Saalt. This has been the most nightmare period of my life. I have had an insane amount of leaking, at times once an hour!!! Making the cup completely unuseable. I’ve tried to reach out about this to customer service who has attempted to pass it off as a fit/insertion issue. I am 100% confident in insertion, fit and the cup being seated properly and I’m NOT a new user or unfamiliar with anatomy either as I work in healthcare. So far, I am really disappointed and feel this was just money wasted.

Perfect product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe it took me this long to get on board with the mental cup life! Never looking back! I was comfortable and dry my whole period. I only wore one pad my first and heaviest day just to be safe. I also tend to have bad cramps when I use tampons and was worried it would be the same with the cup and had no issues.

I tried 2 different Saalt sizes and fond the right size. Customer service was awesome! If you are a little more "sensitive" like I am the soft cup of perfect!
