I’m serious if you are thinking about getting on the disc train, do it! I have been using a menstrual cup for ~10 years and have just always dealt with constant leaks (I honestly thought that was part of it) but no ! After the first use of the saalt disc I have 0 leaks, and I'm not exaggerating! Life changer!!! It is soooo worth it and I cannot recommend this over a menstrual cup enough!

I'm glad that I finally tried saalt's menstrual disc. I've had other brands before when the disc first came readily available and they would never seal quite right or would be extremely difficult to take out and empty. This disc is easy-peasy. I have been using menstrual cups for 8 years now but the disc brings more confidence in the seal for my body.

The disc is far superior to tampons! I wish I would have had this in my teens and 20s! It is so nice not to worry about leaking throughout the day/night or running to the store every month or two.

Tiny bit of a learning curve, but once I got it figured out, I couldn't believe how comfortable and worry-free this thing is. I have heavy periods, so I was using super tampons for a long time, then switched to a diva cup. Both still leaked quite often. I was traveling the first cycle I used this, and it was incredible how leak-proof and long lasting the Saalt disc really is. I want to yell from the mountain tops how great this product is. If you've been considering switching, DO IT! What a game changer. This was the first cycle I've had that was pretty much worry-free and ZERO leaks. Also, reducing waste is super rad! 10000000% recommend.

Amazing, best purchase ever.
I am in my 40s, have 3 kids and I have used cups and never really loved them, they shift and leak and sometimes I can feel them. I do have an inverted cervix so it took a little practice putting it in over the cervix. The Saalt disc is so comfortable, I forget it's even there, it never shifts, and no more leaks, I change in the morning, then when I get home after work, every 12 hours, that's it! The finger tab makes it really easy to pull out. Thanks Saalt!

I've been using the saalt disc for about a year now and it has completely replaced pads and tampons for me! Once you get the hang of if, it's easy to use. I went for a 7 mile run today with it in and pretty much forgot I was on my period. It saves money, hassle, and mess.

Believe the hype
Great product! Incredibly comfortable, easy to use, and easy to care for. Zero leakage and I couldn't even feel it. The quality seems really good and like it should last for years! I like how easy it is to care for too- just rinse it out and wash with a gentle cleanser every twelve hours and you can put it right back in! Highly recommend.

Fits great
I have been using a diva cup for the last ten years and this disc is so much more comfortable and stays in place. I have a low cervix and the disc fits so much better than a cup. Only downside is it’s messier getting it out.

Great for postpartum too!
After having my twins, my old disc wouldn’t stay in place and kept “slipping”. The saalt disc helped so much!! I think due to the thicker rim, it stays in place with no issues. And is still so comfortable! 10/10. So happy I tried saalt — I was worried discs would just be out of the question after birth!

Learning Curve, But Worth It
There is a learning curve with the disc! It’s not like the cup at all. Initially I had a tough time getting it over the pelvic ledge so it wouldn’t stay. So I purchased the smaller one thinking my vaginal canal may be smaller as I have a tough time with tampons too. That one fit perfectly, but I almost couldn’t get it out. So I tried the larger one again my next cycle and everything worked out great! I’ve noticed that if you put any type of pelvic floor pressure on it, it comes loose. So be aware of that. Glad I stuck with it though. I don’t even notice I have it on. And with the period panties you’re guaranteed leakproof protection.

Great for Small Vaginas!
This disc is my favorite period product I've tried (4 cups and 3 discs)! It is more comfortable than cups since it doesn't use suction. Other discs I've tried were too big, so I was specifically looking for a smaller one ad this works! Occasionally I've made a little mess when taking it out at home, but that is likely because mt home toilet is small and doesn't have much room for reaching.

There is definitely a learning curve, but it's actually quite easy to grasp and the pamphlet attached is very helpful! The silicone is quite comfortable, I couldn't feel it at all. I was a bit scared of the removal process but the finger notch was SO HELPFUL. I really like it!

From cup to disc
I had been using the saalt cup for a fair few years and I really liked it. However since having my second child, I found I was leaking a bit more frequently. I had thought about trying the disc for a while and thought this was the perfect opportunity. I am glad I did! No more leaks and although it is taking a bit more getting used to on insertion, knowing you've got it in the right position is much easier! Hightly recommend!

Game changer after third baby.
This changed my life. I have been wearing a cup for a few years and after my third baby I was leaking so much that I was nearly in tears - I could only wear black leggings and period underwear for my period week. This stopped the leaks completely. It’s more comfortable than the cup and I LOVE that it self empties when you bear down. This is just great.

Regular size too big, small size too small
First, I ordered the Saalt small size disc, but it constantly leaked and was too small for me. So I exchanged it for the regular size, and they sent me one for free, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the regular size was also too big for me, I couldn’t even insert it and it hurt. If there was a size in-between, it could’ve fit, or maybe disc is just not for me. So sad :(

I am so happy with my Saalt disc. It’s the first disc I ever tried and it’s perfect! It does not leak at all. It seems to autodump only when I go for number 2 which is actually good because it extends the use time. I literally used zero pads or tampons. No odors no leaks. It’s as if I’m not on my period. This is one of the best products I’ve ever bought. Where has it been my whole life? Easy to insert and remove. A lot easier than I expected. I don’t feel it at all. If you hate the mess during your period you have to get this!

Love the disc!
I, like many others, hate my predios. I always dread that time of the month, with the horrible cramps and mood changes. The disc's are literally the only thing that make it slightly better. Its comfortable, easy to clean, easy to remove, and I've saved so much on period products. Don't have to worry about running out of pads or tampons, or what goes into my body.

Too messy and not leak free
Good quality material, however, it was extremely messy to deal with compared to Saalt’s menstrual cup. I think it really depends on anatomy if it can work or not, and it definitely did not work for me. It was comfortable to wear, but not as easy to get out and the process is just much more clumsy and messy to deal with. Don’t attempt without a sink right next to you.
