  • A: don’t purchase them from target i was sold a pair that wont charge over 1% so they clearly don’t inspect them of fix them before sending them out and many other people have been complaining about this same issue

  • A: they don’t inspect anything nor do they replace anything they send them out broken and faulty many people have been having this issue and i just have experienced this issue today upon opening the box i attempted to charge them and they won’t charge over 1%

    Hi , I saw a lot of comments saying that the charging doesn’t work or they completely don’t work I’ve gotten the AirPod max’s starlight excellent and they look pretty new too me they work regular I just got them so I don’t know maybe I’ll have difficulty in the future but charging was at 6 percent but it doesn’t seem to be charging pretty normally I didn’t have any trouble with set up so I possibly think if ur gonna purchase these get excellent & the newest version.. I was pretty scared but i will send any updates if anything is wrong or weird.

    If you're hesitating, buy now!

    I was a bit nervous buying refurbished, but WOW I am so glad I did! I’ve been using these headphones for about two weeks now, and they work just as intended as if they’re brand new. My set came without any scratches or signs of wear, and it came along with a charging cord. The battery life is about four or more hours (so definitely on par with what Apple has for new ones), and they’re extremely comfortable on the ears. The sound quality is amazing. I have Apple Airpods Pro’s, and the Max’s are about the same but they sound more “surround-sound,” so to say, since they aren’t directly inside your ears. I wear these around the house all the time, and I definitely do not regret spending the few hundred. Buy refurbished! I did the excellent quality, and they sure were excellent!

    Purchased a pair in April and Apple told us yesterday there is an issue that none of the products warranty or insurances cover and it’s $299 to repair them.Just buy them at full price. We wasted $400.

    Refurbished? Highly Unlikely.

    The AirPods Max work just fine. They sound great and pair with my Apple devices. The problem though is like many other reviews, my pair was not disconnected from the previous owner. I cannot use the “Find My” feature because of this. And now whoever’s iCloud account is linked to my AirPods can see where I’m using my them at all times. Target’s refurbishing process is a joke as these headphones should’ve been thoroughly inspected and this issue caught prior to reselling the headphones. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until after my return window had ended. If you still buy AirPods Max from Target, buy new instead. It’s not worth the menial savings to gamble on a product that is lacking features due to Target’s inability to refurbish their products adequately.

    Great headphones

    Getting these things refurbished was the only way I think I'd ever get these cus I didn't wanna spend $600. I got them in silver and they work great. I didn't have any problem connecting to them and reconnecting them is easy. It came with a charger and block which was cool. They were VERY clean. Had a "new tech" smell on the earpieces and the actual headphones were shiny and scuff free. 10/10, this was an amazing b-day present.
