You can use carpet or rubber pad or treadmill mat or just put the treadmill on the floor as long as make sure the treadmill can dissipate heat properly, for example: the feather of the carpet does not pass through the heat dissipation holes under the treadmill, and the treadmill is kept at a certain distance from the ground to ensure normal heat dissipation.

Arrived damaged and makes irritating high-pitched ringing sound
The treadmill was delivered with a large crack on the plastic cover at the back of the treadmill. It also makes a very annoying ringing noise even after lubricating the belt as the directions say. The sound is so loud I can't stand it and I really want to return it, which will be a hassle trying to repackage it and get it shipped back.

Works great!
I really love this walking pad. It’s simple to use and rolls up easily for storage when needed. It also comes with protective pads for each corner to safeguard floors. Personally, I wish I’d gone with one that has a handle that adjusts up and down, but aside from that, I’m very happy with it. The noise level is minimal, it’s user-friendly, reasonably priced, and works perfectly.

So far so good!
I’m really enjoying this walking pad so far. I try to get outside for a walk every day, but things like kids and the weather often get in the way. This is ideal because it’s easy to store under a couch or bed and take out when needed. It’s simple to use and comes with a detailed manual, along with lubricant and all the tools needed for maintenance. I’m especially excited to have it during the winter when staying indoors for days at a time is inevitable!

Great for home gyms

This compact treadmill is fantastic. It’s small and lightweight, fitting perfectly under my standing desk. The remote control makes it easy to operate. It ranges from 0. 5 to 4 mph, which isn’t super fast, but ideal for walking. While there’s no incline feature, that’s to be expected for a treadmill of this size. I appreciate that you can turn off the volume, as the beeps can be a bit loud otherwise. The included programs are decent, but I mostly just create my own workout. Overall, it’s a simple treadmill that’s great for burning some calories while multitasking.
