Belt skips at 4 miles an hour

I planned to sprint and interval train but this treadmill is limited to 4 miles an hour. Speed beyond this setting causes dangerous belt skipping. The belt also swerves and is not centered. There is no way to correct this beyond tightening the tread belt. That does not correct this. My treadmill arrived damaged from FedEx with a punctured box but Deer Run did not respond to my email; I have concerns that my shipment was opened. Target also will not assist and this is poor customer service.

Returned walking pad

In order to operate the walking pad, an app must be downloaded. Upon download and attempted connection to the walking pad, I received errors. I called help desk number and they basically said I should try resetting my phone, the walking pad, and my home internet. This action did not resolve the issue so I returned. I wish it would have just had a start button without having to involve the app.

Great buy!!

So far so good. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and I love it. I walk on it and run on it. I love the convenience of just hopping on it whenever I want. The remote control is so convenient and comes with battery for it. It has a bar that you can leave up or down and a place to sat my phone or iPad. You can easily move this treadmill out of the way. The weight of it is not light, but it isn’t extremely heavy as in it’s movable fairly easy enough by one person and I’m a female. Great for getting your steps in, cardio in or great for someone wanting to get into running can start here.

Not bad!

Almost exactly as advertised! It is low noise but louder than I expected. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful tool to have at home. Super convenient and easy to use. It also comes with a small sample of lubricant for maintenance! I do wish there was more provided.
