Impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the density and firmness of this brush. It allowed me ease with dragging out my pencil and powdered eyeliner. It’s been my choice to reach for specifically for eyeliner as of lately. It seems to be staying firm, which is important. So far so good!

Versatile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brush is good for smudging eyeshadow along the lashline. I do wish one end was “sharper” to apply shadow as if it was eyeliner? The fluffier end is great for applying darker shades in the outer corners. The purple color is super cute too!

Professional feel

It worked out really well. It’s more of a professional brush, but I am certain that we’ll use them when I need my makeup to look it’s fast.

Perfect line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft bristles and easy to locate color brush makes this a perfect addition to my collection. I am able to make precise lines with this Liner & Smudge Brush. It’s probably the best brush for lining that I’ve had. Perfect size and it fits easily in my hand. It makes me want to look at the rest of the Real Techniques line to see what else I could use.

But it’s an amazing size and I love the color of the brush. It’s easy to wash also when doing the weekly makeup brush washing

Pro-level performance from an affordable, reliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used Real Techniques brushes for years and have always loved them, and this angled liner and smudge brush is no exception. As a licensed esthetician and makeup artist with 25 years of experience, I’ve tried countless brushes at every price point, and Real Techniques consistently delivers amazing quality at such an affordable price! Performance-wise, this brush is excellent. The synthetic bristles are soft but not too soft, making it perfect for precise liner application without scratching or tugging. It applies eyeliner smoothly along both the top and bottom lash lines, and the smudge side makes it easy to soften and blend when desired. The brush feels great in the hand, is easy to control, and has a nice balance and texture. Durability is also a standout. I’ve never had a Real Techniques brush shed, including this one, and they hold up beautifully through regular washing. Overall, this is a high-quality, versatile brush that performs like a much more expensive option. Five stars. I highly recommend it and would absolutely repurchase, although these brushes last so well I’ll probably only need to replace it if I lose it.

Because it’s such a tight, dense eyeliner brush it works and you don’t worry about the bristles getting messed up as much. The precision is great for applying liner or smudging out product. Great quality and easy to use.

Small but mighty tool

The bristle material is soft but firm to grab powder and line perfectly. Then smug as I desired. I definitely glad I can add this to my makeup bag. Even perk, it's pretty purple in color. My fav!! I felt like I had perfect control of brush too. I feel like th e bristle density is perfect.

This is exactly what I was looking for: a nice line without being too crisp and the ability to smudge the color out nicely. I love the way the smudge brush apply and feathers but the thin side is a dream! Buy it if you need a new eyeliner brush. I use it with the pigmented shadows from PM.

Used dry, the angled side gives good shaded application while the smudge side blends nicely. The angled side is nice and firm so it works well wet as an eyeliner using any eyeshadow: just wet the brush, take some color and apply in the lash line for a sharper line. It’s also great as a lip brush. So many uses!! It’s great quality and highly durable, easy to wash and dries quickly.
