Two deliveries, both damaged and defective
If only I could give it zero stars. I irdeeed it and hired someone to put it together. But not all the holes were drilled. Packing it back up I noticed how much packing tape was in the box. I’m 100% sure it had already been returned. I ordered another one, assuming that the first one was just a fluke. The second one was delivered a few hours ago. I again hired a person to build it. This was had screws already started and at least two damaged areas, one large and very noticeable. Lots of tape on the box. Target is accepting returns and sending the defective and damaged goods out to the next unsuspecting customer. I’m livid. I’ve wasted time and money and I still don’t have my cabinet. Don’t order this cabinet. And maybe think twice about ordering furniture from Target. I’ve learned my lesson.

Poor Communication & No Replacement for Defective Parts
I ordered two cabinets from Target online, which were fulfilled by a third-party seller. The delivery experience was frustrating—FedEx left the 80 lb packages on the first floor instead of delivering them to my apartment on the third floor. After assembling the first cabinet, I discovered that one of the boards in the second cabinet was the wrong size. I contacted Target’s customer service via online chat, and the representative initially assured me they would follow up. I later received an email requesting pictures, which I provided, but after the weekend passed with no response, I decided to finish assembling the cabinet while waiting for a replacement board. On Monday, I called Target customer service and was shocked to learn that the third-party seller does not offer replacements or partial refunds—something no one told me before. Instead, I was told that my only option was to disassemble everything and return the entire cabinet. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I had already put most of it together. Had I known this upfront, I would have reconsidered my purchase. Target needs to do a better job of clearly stating third-party seller policies before purchase and providing better customer service when defective parts are involved. I expected more transparency and support from a major retailer like Target.

Nice cabinet
A little hard to put together. Definitely took two people, we're a little older. Also, impact driver helped from my son, instead of regular Phillips screwdriver. Nice looking cabinet but after put together right door magnet hard to stay closed. Took about 3 hours.
