Cheap screws

The screw where the door swings in broke off and it’s been 2 weeks that it was built. That drawer had sandals and slippers so shoes were not heavy. The screws that it uses aren’t found at a hardware store either :(

alright

its a nice and useful piece but we had a problem with one of the screws fitting in a important hole that holds up the flip drawer. I had to use a different screw that went threw to the other side of it for it to hold in place. I hated that there are plastic pieces, it should be metal. Lastly, the screws went right through the plastic pieces which is a pain because the screw is supposed to hold the plastic piece in place.

Item is not as pictured and poor quality

I received the item and there are mulitple areas not consistent with the pictures above- if you choose natural, you will have large GRAY wood knots in the grain which are not pictured on the advertisement. Additionally, the back of the cabinet is a very flimsy piece of particle board with a large piece of masking tape (thats how it comes) on both sides- making it visible. "hassle free" returns is a lie- I have attempted to return and customer service most recently told me that the item I Received matches the description and wanted to know if I was refunding "just because I didn't like it"- when the item clearly doesn't match what is pictured and of poor quality, it should not be this difficult. Please do not buy from this company. Poor quality and poor customer service.

great product

quality is good, color is pretty just a tiny darker than the photo but its still light, it fits 3 regular shoes each horizontal row (shoes like converse,adidas,nike etc) not 4, but still fits a lot of them, also shoes on the chunkier side are a little hard to fit, if you remove the middle board the shoes will fall when you close it but its not that much of a problem. i still would recommend getting it

Great piece... difficult setup

This piece is perfect for getting shoes into an orderly, clean piece of furniture that cleans up the clutter! I would say you should DEFINITELY have 2 people to assemble and build it though. I did it on my own and it took me about 3 hours as I had to balance the drawers with one hand and drill with the other which was not easy. Otherwise, I've had it for a week now and it's good!
