Delicious and no sugar
We love this sauce due to the great flavor and no added sugars! We use it to make pizza or put on our pasta and it always tastes fresh hearty! Even though the price point is higher than most other brands we usually select Rao’s for the consistently fresh, natural ingredients.

Pantry staple
Pasta night? = Raos pasta sauce. This is my go to for pasta sauce and I usually have at least one or two on hand in my pantry. It smells and tastes realy good, you can taste a bit of onion (good). haven't tried it but you could probably dip mozzarella sticks amd it would be so good. Packaging is same as any other glass jar but the label looks lux.

This is a staple in my house. And by staple, I mean, I have five jars in my pantry right now. The flavor is top notch but so simple. The perfect consistency for me to use for pasta, lasagna, or even as a pizza sauce. We are the favorite house for a team pasta dinner because of this sauce!

Add me to the choir of voices that won’t be buying again. The Rao’s marina sauce I’ve had recently is not good. It’s filled with chunky stem-ends of tomato, and the flavor is bland. It’s like the second coming of Classico. Moving on to Carbone, thanks for the memories.

We’ve tried EVERY sauce you can imagine at every price point and we always go right back to RAOS. It is my kids’ favorite too. Even my picky eaters pick out the few tomato pieces (which I love) over having a sauce with no tomato pieces(which they highly dislike).

WAY TOO MUCH SODIUM, 420 mg per 1/2 cup serving. Adding salt (sodium) to a product is the cheapest way to enhance flavor, BUT high levels of salt in foods are not good for your health, esp. hearth and kidneys.

I agree with others who stated this sauce has changed. I have food sensitivities and Rao's has been my go to for years. No longer. The sauce consistency is different. Tastes like sugar has been added, and I now get reactions when I eat it. You have certainly changed this product with the new ownership.
