A: Hello James! Yes these lids are safe to use in the microwave and the dishwasher. When used in the microwave they cannot be sealed or fully on top of the containers, they need to be vented to avoid warping.

So disappointed. Upon opening the box, a few small plastic pieces came out. That made me inspect each individual piece. Four lids were split, broken, or defective. Seeing that was enough to not even want to purchase a new one. I will shop for an entirely new set.

Bought this set in January 2024. Already two of the lids now fail to snap shut. All I've done is put them in the dishwasher. I have plastic sets with locking lids that I've had for years, and they still function properly. I bought these in an attempt to use less plastic. Will now look for a better-quality brand.
