Waste of time
I used this product consistently day and night for a week and saw zero difference. Unfortunately, it had zero whitening effect on my teeth. I guess my teeth may be too stubborn.

Stopped working after 5 uses, company refuses to send replacement
I used this device about 5-7 times before it completely stopped working out of the blue. I changed the batteries and it didn’t help. I reached out to the company, hoping that they would send me a new device, but they refused. Do not waste your money on this. Maybe if the company decides to send me a new device I will remove this review.

Purely Bad experience
Product was working fine and so after going through the first set of whitening solution I purchased the refills. Then without warning, the device LED’s stopped working a little over two months after using it. Contacted their customer service and explained the situation and that I didn’t believe it was due to the batteries being dead as I read on the Target Q&A that batteries should last a year. I received a one line response: “most likely a battery issue.” Ok, so I bought new batteries and installed them but still no LED light. Contacted Purely White customer service again to relay this to them and received a curt response that they are not responsible for any damage to the product due to water damage or after 30 days and that there’s nothing they can do since it has been more than 30 days. So now I’m out $70 (device plus refills and $10 for the special battery type). Purely White DELUXE has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend!

Save your money
I was so excited to try this product after seeing how white the girls teeth were on the ad on Facebook. My husband and I tried it and took before and after pictures and the results were extremely disappointing. No difference. If you want to try some great toothpaste that actually does whiten teeth really well try out Crest Brilliance “Luminous Purple”. It took away coffee stains and made my teeth 1-2 shades brighter.
