A: Hi Joan. Hydrogen peroxide is an ingredient dentists use to whiten teeth. We use it in Crest whitening rinse and other Crest products such as our Crest Whitestrips. Not gonna lie, total waste of money. My teeth aren’t even that yellow, and after using these for 2 weeks, there were no visible all-day results. If you put them on in the morning then brush your teeth, or brush in the afternoon, the white effect is basically gone. Even after 2 weeks, it doesn’t stay white for long. Honestly, you’d be better off getting a professional whitening treatment.
