EMPTY BOX
I ordered two of these and all i was delivered was a box with NOTHING inside. I knew it was empty and did not open the packaging box for proof if they want me to send back. Had the tape and everything. They did not care. This was not even stolen because the packaging was not messed with and had all the labels on it. They literally just send empty boxes with nothing inside. All they said was "we’ve confirmed that the order was fulfilled as expected. Because of this, we’re unable to issue a refund at this time." WHAT A JOKE!!! The order was an EMPTY BOX!!!

I understand that these aren't refundable or returnable, but I once again, got 1 instead of the 2 I ordered. Since they were "scanned" before packed (ie my 1 was scanned twice), I paid for 2 and got 1. I was basically told too bad and there is nothing they can do. I hope whoever stole my 2nd one enjoys my kids' Christmas presents.
