Extremely low quality. DO NOT BUY. This binder will damage your cards. They are not secure and you have to double stack them or lose half of the storage. Target does not accept returns since it's "trading card adjacent."

Great binder and can hold alot of cards

Feels cheap. Black specs chipping already. The worse part is that when open, the first pages are so curled that it would bend the cards there. Comparing to my other binder, this buy was a mistake. Disappointed with Ultra Pro for this cheapness. Disappointed with Target for approving it.

do not buy. target won’t refund this item because it’s foolishly categorized as cards. Your binder will come ripped and or with black specks all over the clear inserts, don’t even waste your time or money.

Design is great but only holds 252 cards. Unable to add extra pages or slots

The item itself is fine. However, the item was stuffed in a box that was too small and the portfolio arrived damaged as shown in the pictures.

Terrible quality and broken binding upon opening it

came after Christmas and was a gift. so i tried to return and was told I couldn’t as a vendor item. Cost $10, I think it was very unwise of Target to dig in their heels. They easily could have given me a store credit since it did not arrive as promised. I am finished shopping there.

Cheaply made came damaged and unable to return.

the pages are very thin and has a lot of wrinkles. either I counted wrong or mine came a few pages short but it doesn't hold anywhere near what it claims unless it's back to back. total waste of money in my opinion.

been a month have received refused refund

This binder is falsely advertised. States will hold 252 cards but that is only if you put two cards in each slot (touching back to back) which will damage cards. Pages are also in backwards making first page useless. Thought would hold Phantasmal Flames master set for our son but only holds half the cards.

First row of cards will get bent from the design. I bought this for my son for Christmas and I tried to do a return and they would do not accept them back. So now I am stuck with a binder that will most likely bend his cards.

2nd order from Target and what a joke of a company this is. They sent me an opened up product that was wrong to begin with now this they out the wrong address and its being sent back to the sender. This is not rocket science. Get someone who reads and writes English

What is this trash? False advertising. The pages are crap and hearken to the old crappy 3 ring binder days sans 3 rings - but the plastic pages are flimsy and useless - something you'd give to a child you didn't care about. Will not protect your cards - do not recommend. Trap purchase.

Don’t buy, target is ridiculous to list this as nonreturnable yet will ship you a damaged one. Still waiting for them to follow up with me

very cheap and will rip easy. cards want to fall out easy too. Not worth $15.
