A: My experience is that the thin pads with wings are not absorbent at all. Yet I keep using them because the regular ones are too thick and uncomfortable. I leak a little bit and it just lays on top.

A must for leaks!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a woman in her mid 40s who’s had two children and is in perimenopause, I love these pads. They’re great at protecting you against leaks, and they trap in odors. Maxi pads for periods are just not built the same, so these are a definite most for anyone who’s suffering the occasional ladder issues. Sometimes you cough too hard, laugh too hard, or sneeze too hard. These are a must.

They’re thin, comfy, and don’t feel bulky, plus they do a good job keeping things dry and controlling odor. You can wear them without worrying about them showing through clothes. That said, they aren’t the best for heavier leaks- but for moderate protection, they get the job done.

Any coughing or sneezing literally made me tinkle on myself and thank goodness I had these. Although it was not streaming, it still was enough to cause wetness. These babies came in clutch for situation. I will keep them handy for the next time.

A hospital lifesaver!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great! I used them in the hospital after a 12-hour surgery and had serious paralysis. Unfortunately with my paralysis came incontinence . The pads were incredibly absorbent, don’t twist up, and best of all no smells! I was more confident in the days after discharge from the hospital, you couldn’t tell I was wearing anything which was a relief!
