A: You can definitely use for day, as well! They are very absorbent and strong, so sitting is not an issue - (I weigh much more and have not had a problem). I use them during the day as a precaution so I feel less anxious about leaks.
A: Great question! Poise Overnight pads can be used day or night and you can sit while wearing one. The pads do hold 19-22 ounces as well. Depending on how much you're urinating, you may feel comfortable changing it out throughout the day or after each time you urinate. Hope this helps!

A: The newer overnight pads are wider in the rear than previously. They work well for incontinence of stool and/or urine. An earlier question asked how much they hold in liquids. This is likely outdated too since they are wider. I put mine inside an XL Huggies bedwetters diaper. I’m 67 and have overactive bladder with occasional inconsistent of stool. No UTI’s yet and I have a very bad immune system. There r depends that are smaller now but I’m only 95 lbs and all adult diapers leak around my legs. I’ll try the new depends 4 size 00-? When I can afford to try them. G
